I was very lucky to visit a quilt show at one of my favorite quilt shop called The Country Loft.
This shop always carries so many cute things include many antiques and prim dolls. Of cause, I went a bit far again. *LOL*
The quilts at the show were so lovely. Attending the show give me motivation and inspiration. I purchased some patterns and kits for some of my Fall and Winter projects.
I also made it to another one of my favorite quilt shop called The Fat Quarters Quilt Shop.
This shop was my very first shop I visited as a quilter.
I think I got my love for Primitive/Folk Art quilting from here. It was love at first sight and this shop fits me perfectly. *S*
This shop carries so many lovely things and the staff are very sweet and friendly. If you love primitive style quilts and happen to be in Southern California, near San Diego/Orange county, you should shop hop these quilt shops, I think you'll love them.

Such great goodies Lea!
I'm so jealous you got to go to those fun stores. I love your purchases. I wasn't able to enlarge your top pictures to see all of those little pictures. Is that a problem on my end or yours? Thx!
Oh oh...oh... I´m sighing very deep...and I know I would have been a very happy quilter if I ever...was to set my foot into that stores!!
I just love what you bought...and I can spy some new Cheri quilts... :o)
*yippee* These are my favorite shops, too. So much inspiration . . . . and so much $$$ that I spend there *S*
I also love Fat Quarters Quilt Shop. It is a mandatory stop for me when I am in So Cal. It kind of helps that my brother-in-law lives in Encinitas! It is a great store! Next time I will try to go to The country Loft...my DH is just going to love that! Not!
What a fun shop-hop trip. You really had some great finds.
It sure looks like you had a lot of fun! I'm looking forward to see what you do with your new patterns.
Oh, I see you got some of Cheris patterns, and that new Jan patek book that I"m dying to see! How lucky you are to visit such WONDERFUL shops! Rosemary
